Ivy Tech Marketing Internship

As an Ivy Tech Community College Intern I had the opportunity to do a variety of things. I assisted the design and marketing teams in the design and development of the layouts for the marketing materials. I was responsible to incorporate current design trends into each unique layout. I also presented effective visual ideas from concept through to the completion of all of my projects. One of the most helpful things the design team did was help me explore the world of design and marketing through projects that really made me do my research.

Accreditation Celebration Invite

I was tasked with creating an invite for enrollment services for a particular event that they were putting on.

2023 Free Summer Tuition and Textbook Flyer

I was tasked with creating an eye-catching flyer for high schooler and their parents.

General Postcard

I was tasked with creating a general postcard for Ivy Tech. The College wanted a general design so all departments could send them to students.

Commencement Checklist Flyer

I was tasked with creating a branded flyer that reminded upcoming graduates about commencement.

Birthday Postcard

I was tasked with re-creating Ivy Tech's Happy Birthday postcard. They were looking for a fresher look for the card to send out to staff and faculty.

Automotive Banner

I was tasked with creating a banner focusing on the automotive program. They wanted to be able to hang these in the shop on campus and some of the other centers around town. I focused on creating a clean and creative layout that was eye-catching to the viewer.

Kokomo Area Career Fair Flyer

I was tasked with creating a flyer for this particular career fair. This fair had many sponsors and they felt that they couldn't brand this flyer just to Ivy Tech. The Career Link Services wanted something fun that included everyone instead of being really business-like. I felt that I captured a balance of all the things they were looking for.
